      • Customer Responsibilities:

        • Customs Clearance: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and managing customs clearance in the delivery country.
        • Inland Transport: The customer is responsible for all road freight and transportation from the destination port to their desired location.

      • Eco-TerraSprout Liability: Eco-TerraSprout will not assume any responsibility for customs clearance processes or inland transport logistics beyond the destination port.
